With our maintenance program we offer 46 or 52 visits per year contract. Our contracts include: 

• Mowing of turf areas
• Edging curbs and bed lines
• Trimming around obstacles
• Blowing all curbs and walkways
• Pruning as needed for shape and appearance
• Hand weeding of all beds
• Removal of all leaves and debris
• Monitoring of night lighting system
• Monitoring of entire irrigation system.
